A very rare and striking municipal bond from Lublin with a face value of 10 rubles.
Its rarity (as well as that of other denominations from this issue) is rated R8 in the Jabłoński catalog (only 5 known copies!).
This is only the third piece to appear on the public collectors’ market. The two previous pieces were recorded in 1999 and in 2020, though the latter had been restored.
This one is in superb condition. It has only one slight vertical fold in half—otherwise, flawless. It is completely natural, with a beautifully preserved, characteristic, grooved paper texture.
An exceptional specimen—we have never seen a nicer one, and this is actually the first one we’ve ever had.
