Jacek Maria Stokłosa (born 1944). Graphic designer and photographer also involved in applied graphics and exhibitions. Studied at the Faculties of Industrial Forms and Graphics of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. Associated with the environment of Krakow's Krzysztofory Gallery and Warsaw's Foksal Gallery. For many years he performed as an actor in Tadeusz Kantor's Cricot 2 theater. In 1967, together with Lesław Janicki and Wacław Janicki, he founded the Second Group. He is a member of ZPAF and ZPAP.
