Biography
In 2015, she earned her master’s degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, majoring in painting and sculpture in the Painting Studio of Prof. Aleksander Dymitrowicz and in the Multimedia Studio of Prof. Wojciech Pukocz. Before pursuing her art studies, she completed a degree in Environmental Protection at the University of Wrocław in the Department of Biogeochemistry, Ecology, and Environmental Protection at the Institute of Plant Biology, earning a Master’s degree with a specialization in Environmental Biology. In her work, she strives to combine her experience in nature conservation, biology, and ecology—understood as the science of interdependencies and interactions between the environment and organisms (ecosystem structure). In addition to her artistic work, she is also actively involved in nature conservation efforts—primarily focused on forest ecosystems and trees in urban areas—serving as a Board Member of a nongovernmental organization, as well as participating, among other roles, as an expert on the Ministry of Climate and Environment’s task forces for the protection of trees and forests. She has participated in numerous exhibitions in Poland and abroad. She has been a finalist in competitions including the Wrocław Young Artists’ Biennial in 2011, the “POSTAWY” competition for the best students at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław in 2014, the 43rd “Bielska Jesień 2017” Painting Biennial, and the Eibisch Award of the Napiórkowska Gallery.
