Oleg Lazarenko - painter. He was born on November 24, 1961 in Kharkov. Graduated from the Art Institute in Kharkov (1983). He mainly creates easel paintings in realistic style, primarily landscapes, portraits of apostles, saints, princes, icon painters, monks. He has developed an authorial technique of colorful mosaics, using pieces of paper painted in various colors. He then glues them onto canvas, thus creating colorful compositions. Honored with the title of Distinguished Artist of Ukraine (2015). Founder and member of the Union of Designers of Ukraine (1989, since 1996 - secretary of the organization in Kharkov).
