She was born in Zgierz, Poland. She lives and creates in Aleksandrów Lodzki. Ever since she can remember, she has been surrounded by the atmosphere of art. All thanks to her grandfather, Eugeniusz Spychalski, painter, social activist, tenor soloist and president of the "Moniuszko" choir in Aleksandrów Łódzki. As a little girl, Catherine could watch her beloved grandfather at work for hours, when beautiful landscapes appeared from under the smooth brushstrokes. From an early age, the artist spent a lot of time alone in her room, letting her inexhaustible imagination run wild. At that time she would draw, create strange installations out of objects found around: barbed wire, dried plants, tree branches, old keys, wires, tinsel. However, after graduating from elementary school, due to her parents, her further education went in a completely different direction than the artistic one she dreamed of. She graduated from the Apparel Technical School in Lodz. After finishing school and many vocational courses, she took up cosmetology and hairdressing. There using her artistic ideas. However, never forgetting who she really, deep inside herself, feels she is. She was constantly creating, mainly drawing in pencil, charcoal and dry pastel. The breakthrough came in 2013. when, she was offered to take part in an open-air painting workshop. It was love, from the first painted picture. From then on, she no longer parted with her paints (initially with acrylics).With determination, without any substantive help, she began to pour her fantasies onto canvases, on which she immortalized personal emotional experiences and internal transformations that occurred in her. Catherine already knew that painting was the main content of her life, that for her it was a gateway to other realities, where she could be fully herself, showing the outside world her surreal visions. Meanwhile, other art lovers, began to appreciate her sincerity of artistic expression and helped her penetrate the artistic world. She took part in many group exhibitions in the country. She was invited to international plein-air events, where she won recognition and awards
