Eugeniusz GEPPERT (1890-1979)
Painter, associated with the Wroclaw art community. He was educated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow and held a two-year scholarship in Paris. After the war he settled in Wroclaw. He was a professor at the Wroclaw State Academy of Fine Arts. He most often took up battle themes, painted horse portraits, hunting, racing and Wroclaw landscapes.
