Bogumiła Ciosek was born on June 10, 1938 in Szczekociny. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, where she received her diploma in 1965. For many years she was professionally connected with the Drawing Film Studio in Bielsko-Biała. She is the author of artwork and decorations for many animated films. She collaborated on the artwork for the long-length animated film "The Great Journey of Bolek and Lolek" and many other productions of the Drawing Film Studio.
