Andrzej Maciej Ciok (born 1938) graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts (1967). His works are in the District Museum in Bielsko-Biala. The artist builds his paintings with color. Thickly applying paint, with quick strokes, he creates a fleshy structure of the painting. Both in his painting technique and in the subject matter of his landscapes, which convey the sensibility of the fleeting state of nature, the inspiration of Włodzimierz Zakrzewski's paintings is evident.
