oil on canvas, 120 cm x 80 cm
Alicja Szczukowska is able to keep the viewer with her work, to awaken the imagination and make us think about the passing and existence of what has been so far visible and known to human senses as well as what is unrecognized, mystical and visible only to our hearts. The artist includes in her paintings what belongs to the physical, energetic as well as spiritual spheres. She combines many variants and interpretations of the cry of the human soul and emotions closely connected with speculations about the external world and the nature that surrounds us.
