He lives and works in Berlin among the world's artistic avant-garde. He is also associated with Bydgoszcz. He is the Director of the Bydgoszcz branch of the International Artist's Museum organizing the 7th edition of Costruction in Process in Bydgoszcz in 2000. As a curator, he prepared the Fluxus Group's show, entitled I DON'T PAY - I SLEEP, during the 11th Brain Festival in Warsaw and Bydgoszcz. He is an artist involved in creating and searching for new forms of expression in visual arts and music. He is the author of social and educational projects. These include: Antidepressyjna Szkoła WEEKEND OF COLORS (conducted for several years), -Antidepressive City - the project was implemented for several years in Chelmno and Bydgoszcz, -Harmony of Art - Harmony of the World , a project of artistic events in penitentiaries. Antidepressive School is an original project of Grzegorz Pleszynski, it turned from a local action into a nationwide one, it also had Russian editions. It made its appearance in Germany. About a thousand schools and educational institutions took part in it.
Artistic activity was recognized by Minister Bogdan Zdrojewski.
In 2013, he received a creative scholarship from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
