Kamila Michałowska’s work is a constant dialogue between organic abstraction and motifs of nature. She draws inspiration from the complexity of the natural world—plants, the textures of the earth, tree bark, the surface of water, and animalistic forms. In her paintings, she employs subtle chiaroscuro, which introduces depth and delicacy to the composition. Using a broad color palette and various tones, she captures the richness of natural hues and ensures a harmonious relationship between color and form. The circle and the square form the basis of her compositions, organizing the pictorial space and emphasizing the contrast between order and the organic nature of the natural world. The paintings become a space for reflection, encouraging the viewer to focus on the beauty of nature and the harmony hidden in its details.
