LWP - Miniature Navy Officer's Cap.

Miniature Navy cap with the rank of Lieutenant Commander, made in the 1950s in Gdansk by the Cap and Hat Workshop.
The bottom of the cap is black round, ending on the brim with a black piping, the brim is black, faded on the front. The cap's underskirt is made of leather in the form of a strap, over which a fabric overlay with a step in the form of a gold five-pointed star was applied. Leather visor, with a gilded gallon at the brim. The cap is decorated with an officer's eagle made in byeloric, this eagle is very rarely found in such condition on the collector's market.
This cap was made at the Caps and Hats Workshop in Gdansk on Węglarska Street, where it served for many years as a store decoration and showcase for products made by the factory. It is most likely the only miniature of a navy cap in the rank of Lieutenant Commander in existence. Along with the cap is the original bag from the factory.
