In 1966, he received his diploma in the studio of Hanna Rudzka-Cybisowa. His paintings are characterized by: strong expression, brutality, deformation, anti-aestheticism often verging on obscenity. Among the subjects prevail self-portraits and portraits of friends and family, the immediate environment (neglected streets of the Kazimierz district), scenes from family life.
