She has been associated with sculpting in clay, drawing and painting since she began her education at the Jacek Malczewski State High School of Fine Arts in Częstochowa in 1933. In 2003 she graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw at the Faculty of Ceramics and Glass. Participant of several editions of the International Ceramic and Sculpture Plein-Air in Boleslawiec. Participation in this event each time gives the opportunity to meet artists from Poland and abroad, and at the same time their work. For the artist, it is also an opportunity to make unique ceramic forms. The colors of her sculptures, thanks to the use of different colors of clays, masses and glazes, refer to the natural shades of the earth. These include brown, beige or broken white. Combining clays and masses of different shrinkage is an attempt to combine two contradictions to form a single whole. For several years, he has been introducing more and more colors in his unique forms. Most often, these are shades of red and orange, as the colors of autumn seem most close and atmospheric to the artist.
Since 2004 she has been associated with the Ceramic Works "BOLESŁAWIEC" in Lower Silesia. She started her work at the Plant as a designer of shapes and decorations. From 2008 to 2017, she was involved in the promotion of ceramic vessels, which were then in the offer of the Works.
After a break, she returned to design in 2018. Among the everyday dishes she proposes are: bowls, platters, cutting and serving boards, dishes for condiments or serving tea. They take the shapes of regular, flowing arcs or simple geometric solids.
The idea behind the shapes proposed by the artist is their ergonomics. The idea is that the dish should fit perfectly in the hands, and the user should feel comfortable while using it. Of course, aesthetics and a shape that will harmonize with the place are equally important. I incorporate utilitarian, visual and ergonomic functions simultaneously into the vessels I design.
