Body in the shape of a four-headed eagle; on its breast on both sides an oval medallion with a 6-pointed star and small stars engraved between its arms. The base is rectangular in plan, with relief floral decoration and the head of a bearded, mustachioed man in the middle. On the eagle's head are placed sleeves (5 pieces) on square plates (the middle one above, on an inverted "V"). On the underside stamped No. ""7 and "8".
