One of the programmatic brochures of the Camp of Greater Poland, in which the author presents his views on the role of law and the rule of law in the organization of the state and social life. Bohdan Wasiutyński (1882–1940) was a Polish lawyer, economist, journalist, and nationalist activist. A professor of administrative law at the Universities of Poznań and Warsaw, he edited, among others, *Przegląd Narodowy* and *Przegląd Wszechpolski*. He served as a senator during the second and third terms of the Second Polish Republic and was associated with the National Party and the People’s-National Union.
