single-sided print on ark. 19.6x12.7 cm, remaining three pages unprinted. The red-and-black geometric composition was printed at Arthur Goldman's printing house in Lviv. Rudolf Mękicki appears as curator of the Jan III National Museum in Lviv. Text in Polish, German, French and English. Polish text: "I have the honor to send you ... exlibrises with a request for exchange - with thanks for those received from WPan. Please give me the name of the artist and the r. of the making of the exlibris". Small transverse fold in sheet, minor abrasions.
