Krystyna Wróblewska - Polish graphic artist, wife of the rector of Vilnius University, Bronislaw Wróblewski,Graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Stefan Batory University, where she studied under Ludomir Sleńdzinski and Jerzy Hoppen, among others (diploma in 1937). A member of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Association of Polish Artists and Designers.She was a member of the GROUP OF NINE GRAPHICIAN ARTISTS, bringing together the most prominent representatives of Polish wood engraving in postwar Poland.The artist's creative path was mainly associated with the traditions of classicism, realism and expressionism, as well as the woodcut technique. She also became famous for her ex-librises exhibited all over the world.
