Bucephalus was the famous horse of Alexander the Great, considered one of the most famous horses of antiquity. Recorded as a powerful , stallion with a large star on his forehead . At first he was considered a wild and untamed horse that no one can ride . As a young boy , Alexander will notice that Bucephalus is afraid of his own shadow . He took advantage to , turning the horse in the strong sun , so that the shadow was behind him . In this way Alexander managed to tame him and ride him , to everyone's amazement.Bucephalus has become a symbol of loyalty, boldness and an extraordinary bond between rider and horse .
