Jean Claude Boisset, Fixin 0.75L 12% 1991 vintage

Jean Claude Boisset, Fixin 0.75L 12% 1991 vintage Fixin is one of the smallest wine producing villages, although it boasts two A0Cs: Fixin and Côte de Nuits Villages. Twenty years ago, 80% of the wines produced in the municipality were sold as Côte de Nuits Villages. For this reason, the village is not very well known, but its wines are worth discovering. Production consists mainly of Pinot Noir red wines, but there are also a few plots of Chardonnay, which account for only 5.92 hectares. That's why Fixin's white wines are a real rarity.
