Château Lafite Rothschild 2012 (Bordeaux, France)
A very elegant, restrained Lafite with a deep ruby color and an initially closed nose, over time releasing a bouquet composed of aromas of dark cherries and blackberries mixed with graphite, mineral and oak notes, as well as black currant liqueur. On the palate fine, but quite dense and soft, with great structure, excellent balance and a long, silky finish. Full of expression, freshness and charm, this wine is ready to drink as early as the eighth year after the vintage, but also with 20 years of aging potential.
