Oil on canvas, 80x80 cm
In this fascinating tableau, fiery oranges and deep indigos dance together in an electrifying embrace, reminiscent of Turner's dramatic skies, but infused with a modern, abstract feel. The artist skillfully uses the technique of broken geometry, creating a grid of lines that intersect vivid planes of volcanic heat. Such bold contrasts convey a magnificent, almost apocalyptic horizon, where the turbulent energy of the rough sea meets the incandescent light of the sinking sun. The tension between chaos and order is palpable, suggesting both the fleeting nature of beauty and the eternal struggle of the elements. This work is a luminous tribute to the constant dance of light and shadow, inviting the viewer to lose himself in its depths.
